Solutions to Critical 6G Problems

WINNING THE FUTURE
SOLUTIONS FOR SUPERIOR 6G PERFORMANCE

6G

has high ambitions, but the current design still has serious unresolved problems.  Poor signal quality at range, noise including phase-noise, slow beam alignment procedures, non-deterministic network discovery and handoff, and needlessly constrained modulation will limit the achievable network performance and frustrate wireless users in the coming years, if not resolved.

UltraLogic 6G, LLC has over 190 wireless Patents issued and pending.  Each of these novel Patents provides a new workable solution for solving a key problem in 6G.  Realistically, however, Ultralogic 6G cannot by itself implement these novel innovative solutions.

Therefore, we seek a wireless leadership company to take over our complete portfolio, with our support as requested.  This wireless leadership company will then receive all the financial rewards from licensing and implementation of the Patented solutions.

Our UL6G Patents cover two main categories: Standards-type methods and Proprietary-type systems.  The Standards-type methods provide new solutions to solve network problems, and should be introduced into the next 3GPP Release of 6G standards.  The Proprietary-type Patents are outside the 3GPP scope, and can be implemented by the new owner for the exclusive benefit of its own customers.

STANDARDS-TYPE PatentS

An example of a Standards-type Patent is our US 11,782,119 for efficient alignment of transmission beams.  Beam alignment is critical for 6G signal quality.  This Patent shows how a base station can transmit a single alignment pulse, modulated to show different phases in each direction.  Users then measure the phase at their locations, and instantly determine their alignment directions.  This novel solution is far simpler and more resource-efficient than the tedious beam-scanning procedures currently in use.

The revenue plan for the Standards-type Patents is clear.  The wireless leadership company is already adept at crafting 3GPP Standards, and can readily include the new solutions, as options, in the next Release.  The solutions proposed in these Patents will provide simpler, faster, and more efficient wireless procedures; hence, acceptance is expected to be prompt.  The other 3GPP members are obligated to pay licensing fees, as agreed by all.  Licensing revenue represents a significant long-term and stable income stream for the new owner, with little or no recurring costs and little or no risk.

PROPRIETARY-TYPE PatentS

An example of a Proprietary-type Patent is our US 12,782,119 for message fault correction based on waveform analysis.  Message faulting is expected to be a major problem in 6G, due to the increased pathloss, noise, and network crowding.  The response to any message fault is either a retransmission or the bulky forward-error-correction codes.  Instead, our new solution shows how the receiver can localize and correct message faults instantly, using tell-tale features of the received waveform, thereby providing enhanced message reliability and signal quality, which competitors cannot match.  Customer satisfaction, of course, leads to repeat purchases, sustained higher prices, and advantageous profit margins, all at low or no risk since the method and receiver technology are fully protected.

The revenue plan for the Proprietary-type Patents will depend on how the new owner chooses to implement them, but the potential is clearly very high.  The Patents enable new product features that customers eagerly desire, such as improved signal quality, no dropped calls on handoff, longer range at high bandwidth, and enhanced battery life.  Our Patents therefore provide competitive advantages that the new owner can exploit for high margins and loyal customers over the long term.
